Questions about working with us

How do you calculate savings?
We multiply the volume of each task by the time it takes and the fully loaded hourly cost of the people doing it, then assume automation captures 60 to 80 percent of that work. Costs include our fees, licences, training and maintenance, so you see a realistic payback period.
Can we stop after the diagnostic?
Yes. The diagnostic is a standalone piece of work. The roadmap is yours to use with us, your own team or another partner.
Who owns the systems you build?
You own bespoke work built for you. We keep ownership of our reusable tools, templates and frameworks and license them to you as part of the project.
Do you work with our IT department?
Always. Anything touching SAP, security or company data is agreed with IT before we build.
